The breakfast is impressive, with options for all dietary needs, and the inclusion of a decent coffee is a nice touch.

Had a lovely Easter weekend at a hotel in a leafy suburb, with a fantastic sleep and friendly staff who were always willing to help. the buffet breakfast was just what we needed to start our day off right. the location was great with easy access to public transport and a nearby supermarket to pick up any essentials. A major positive aspect was the fact that the hotel was surrounded by beautiful gardens that we loved to explore.
The bath was a bit difficult to get in and out of as it was very slippery and rather too high. We also had to be careful of the cycle lanes when walking to the station as the cyclists go very fast.

This hotel was a great choice for spending Christmas in London. The location was perfect, close to public transportation and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly, helpful and attentive. The room facilities were good, including comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. The breakfast and dinner options offered were delicious, with a variety of choices available. , the parking was conveniently located and secure.
There was no decoration in the lobby or restaurant, and no festive music playing. the customer service could have been better in terms of communication, as it was difficult to get information about the hotel's amenities and services.
